The GMAU is awesome! I have attended many brick-and-mortar martial arts schools over my years. At first I was sceptical about learning martial arts online, but I decided to try it anyway. I was not disappointed! I started with the Taekwondo program. Then I signed up for Mauy Thai. And then I signed up for Nunchaku. And then I also tried Combat Strong. I couldn't (and still can't) get enough of the GMAU! The GMAU is just as good as a brick-and-mortar school! I might even say it is better! The amount of training, learning, and one-on-one communication with the instructors that is possible with the GMAU is astounding! I recommend learning through the GMAU. There is absolutely no difference, in my view, between GMAU online training and Dojo training.I currently hold a Black Belt in Ninjutsu.I enjoy furthering my training, and since I am a Work at Home Dad, I have time on my hands that allows me the flexibility to train daily.
